KHC has determined that they will have no significant impact on the human environment. Therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) is not required.
Smiley Terrace: Comments will be accepted May 30, 2025, through June 16, 2025. Follow this link to download the Environmental Review Record for the new construction of a 76-unit apartment complex consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom units to serve low- to moderate-income individuals and families. Housing Assistance and Development Services Inc. (HANDS) and Wabuck Development Co.
